As Product Owner you are responsible for actively driving the success of our R&D department. You will work closely with the development team to coordinate and translate the business wishes into requirements for our software solution. You report directly to the COO. In this role, you will be a fundamental part of our growth strategy and will be responsible for the following tasks:
Managing, collaborating and sparring with the R&D team on used techniques and processes
Research & development and testing of new functionalities and modules, driven by the Business development (Sales) team
Ensuring optimal user-experience of the Smart Supply tool, from log-in to log-out
Continuous improvement of the customer portal, security, and functions
Partially designing user interfaces
Responsible for monitoring the scope, planning, budgeting and results of implementations of new versions
Supervising the implementation process of new versions of the Smart Supply tool (3-4 times a year)
Ensuring up-to-date documentation
Work closely together with the Customer Success team
Discussion partner at all levels of the organization and for our clients
Your profile
This is an opportunity for anyone with the following qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the IT/fashion/SaaS industry as Product owner
Good presentation and communication skills
Talent to convey complex information in a simple, concise manner
A convincing personality combined with technical understanding of the software development process
Results-oriented with attention to detail
Being able to multitask multiple objectives and projects
Ability to manage your workload, work efficiently and meet deadlines
Excellent in English speaking and writing
